The Higher Education Cashiering Professional Certificate (CSPC) program is an online Cashiering Certificate that once complete indicates a mastery in the Higher Education Cashiering best practices. The program is recommended for cashiers, Student Financial Services supervisors, bursars and many other job titles that receive payments, process payments or oversee those who do on a typical higher education campus.

About the Speaker

Charlotte Wade

Charlotte Wade currently serves as Executive Director for Business Services at University of North Georgia (UNG), with 13 years of experience in higher education.  UNG is a multi-campus institution, with 5 campuses, serving just under 20,000 students pursuing associate through doctoral degrees and is designated as one of six senior military colleges in the US. Charlotte’s areas of specialty include Banner Accounts Receivable, Banner/PeopleSoft Financials reconciliation, cross-departmental collaboration, and turning student interactions into teachable moments for student financial literacy.  She was a recent presenter at the fourth annual UNG Student Money Management Center - "Investing in a Culture of Financial Literacy" Conference and the interactUSG Conference.

Charlotte was instrumental in the Banner implementation for the consolidation of the former Gainesville State College and North Georgia College & State University, along with successful transition and implementation of a new student refund program and a consolidated online billing and payment system.  Her tag line – “Each One Matters!” reflects Charlotte's heart for students and student success.

She is the 2018-2019 Chair of the Regents Advisory Committee on Student Accounts Receivable (RACAR) for the University System of Georgia, as well as serving as President – Elect for the University of North Georgia Chapter of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Charlotte also holds membership in Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society – Georgia Southern University Chapter, where she will complete her Master of Education – Higher Education Administration degree in May, 2019.

Refunds
Requests for refunds will be honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing within ten days after registering. Cancellation by telephone is not sufficient. Registrants who fail to cancel will not be refunded their registration fee. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Once event or program is complete attendee will not be allowed a refund. Substitutions may be made if registrant cannot attend. Please notify PDG of substitutions by email at: refunds@prodev.com

Cancellations and Substitutions
In the event of cancellation or change in event date, registrants will be notified by 
email. Professional Development Group II, Inc. will not be responsible for expenses involved with a cancelled event. PDG reserves the right to substitute speakers without notice.
